How old do I have to be to jump?
Our park is fun for all ages! Children under the age of 6 pay the regular admission price and must be accompanied by an adult in the activity area. In this case, the accompanying person does not pay admission.
Do I have to come with a parent/legal guardian?
Kids under the age of six must be accompanied by an adult chaperone at all times. Kids between the ages of 6-12 can jump independently but must have an adult chaperone on site.
Do I have to book in advance?
We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your jump time and to avoid long waiting times. We welcome walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee that there will be enough space to jump.
Is it possible to book tickets without reserving a specific time slot?
Yes! Instead of booking a timeslot, you can buy a gift card here.
There are different prices for one ticket. Which one should I book?
We have three options: a standard ticket, a birthday ticket and an IV-Ticket.
– A standard ticket is the standard price for all jumpers for the desired jump time.
– A birthday ticket is a 50% discount for anyone coming in on their birthday. Please make sure to bring your valid ID.*
– An IV-Ticket is a 50% discount for any IV recipients. Please make sure to bring a valid IV-Card.*
*If you do not bring your ID, you will have to book a standard ticket.
My chaperone is not jumping. Do they still have to pay entrance?
No, only active jumpers must pay entrance. The chaperone is welcome to hang out in our café while the children play.
I am sick and can’t make it to my booked time slot. Can I have a refund on my ticket?
We have a cancellation deadline of 24 hours before the booked timeslot. Send us an e-mail and we will be happy to cancel your tickets in exchange for a coupon. After the 24 hours, reimbursements will no longer be possible.
Can I pause or transfer my membership to another person?
No, the membership is valid from the date of purchase and cannot be paused or transferred.
I am a member and would like to book a timeslot. How can I do that?
When booking, make sure to type in your member code in in the “Membership” field under “Redeem a discount”. You will find the member code in the confirmation email of your membership purchase.
What do I wear to the Jump Factory?
Wear your favorite comfortable sportswear so you can jump and flip with ease. Make sure to leave any sharp and metal objects (jewelry, belts, etc.) at home. If you have a pair of anti-slip socks, go ahead and pack those in! Pockets must be emptied before jumping.
Are anti-slip grip socks mandatory?
Yes. For safety reasons, we require all jumpers to wear slip socks. Don’t have any? You can buy the socks directly from us on site.
Are dogs allowed in the Jump Factory?
Yes, dogs are allowed if they stay in our cafe area and do not enter the jump zones.
What is included in the decorated party table?
The party package includes a decorated party table, which consists of colorful streamers, candies and a name plate of the birthday kid. Plates, napkins and cups are also set according to the number of guests. If you need forks and knives, you are welcome to bring them from home.
Can I bring snacks and drinks other than the birthday cake?
No, other food and drinks are not allowed. We offer a variety of snacks, pizza, food and drinks for your convenience. Water is also available free of charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule my party?
You can adjust your party timeslot via email up to 24 hours before your scheduled event. This helps us accommodate other guests and ensures our team doesn’t prepare unnecessarily. If you cancel, the full amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher.
Can I collect stamps on my loyalty card for the jumpers in my party?
No, we only provide stamps for jumpers who have paid the full amount for a standard ticket.
Can we stay at the table after the 2.5 hours booked?
Within the 2.5 hours booked, you can divide your time freely between the birthday table and the activity area. After the 2.5 hours, we will require for the table to be available for the next parties. We reserve the right to charge for any overtime spent at the table.
Do chaperones also have to book and pay?
No, only active jumpers must pay. For every party there is a maximum of 4 chaperones allowed, any further chaperones will have to pay admission as party guests.
What can I do if I can’t confirm the exact number of jumpers attending my party yet?
We recommend you book your party as soon as possible to secure your ideal date and timeslot. Any changes to the number of party guests can be adjusted accordingly, if you let us know a minimum of 24 hours before your timeslot. After the 24-hour mark, we cannot guarantee a refund. Any refunds made will be provided in the form of a voucher.
