1. Scope and Contract Conclusion

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply exclusively to all paid and unpaid business relationships, particularly those related to distance selling or the use and access to the facilities of: Jump Factory beider Basel AG, CHE-312.170.018, Rigackerstrasse 5, 5610 Wohlen (hereinafter referred to as “Jump Factory Wohlen”).

The GTC are valid in their current version at the time of contract conclusion.

1.2. The facilities of Jump Factory Wohlen include all installations and equipment located at Rigackerstrasse 5, 5610 Wohlen, specifically:

• Trampoline area
• Ninja and parkour area
• Movement, seating, and relaxation areas
• Changing rooms and showers
• Dining areas
• Sanitary facilities
• Entrance, cashier area, and shop

1.3. By entering into a contract, the customer agrees to the currently valid GTC. Jump Factory Wohlen reserves the right to change the GTC at any time, particularly if required by law or to improve business operations.

2. Contract Conclusion

2.1. By completing the order form and clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order. Before submitting, the customer has the opportunity to review the order details, read the GTC, and correct any input errors. An automated E-Mail confirms receipt of the order and serves as acceptance of the customer’s offer.

2.2. Distance selling contracts are binding. Customers may cancel or modify their booking up to 24 hours before their scheduled activity. In such cases, refunds are issued as vouchers only. Cash refunds are granted solely as a goodwill gesture, without legal entitlement.

2.3. Contracts concluded on-site are completed at the cashier area with reference to these GTC. The maximum capacity of the facilities is limited. If the facility is fully booked due to online reservations, Jump Factory Wohlen may refuse on-site bookings.

2.4. Payment is accepted via card or Twint. On-site purchases may also be paid in cash. Payments are due upon contract conclusion.

3. Risk and Liability

3.1. Customers are solely responsible for their own safety and insurance. By entering into a contract, the customer acknowledges the risks associated with all activity areas, including potential injuries or property damage, and assumes full responsibility. Jump Factory Wohlen assumes no liability.

3.2. External instructors and service providers bear full responsibility for their participants and visitors.

3.3. By purchasing a ticket, customers accept our GTC and jumping rules. Instructions from staff must be followed at all times.

3.4. All facilities, except for dining areas, sanitary facilities, the entrance, cashier area, and shop, must be used exclusively with non-slip socks.

3.5. Customers are fully liable for any damage to Jump Factory Wohlen’s property or infrastructure caused by misuse, gross negligence, or failure to follow staff instructions.

4. Minors

4.1. Children aged 6 and older may use activity areas independently, provided they possess the physical and mental capability to do so safely. If doubts arise, parental approval is required. Children under 6 may only use the facility under the supervision of an accompanying adult.

4.2. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult while visiting Jump Factory Wohlen.

4.3. Teenagers under 18 years require parental consent to visit Jump Factory Wohlen.

5. Memberships and Vouchers

5.1. 10-session passes are valid indefinitely and are transferable. No refunds are granted for unused sessions.

5.2. Membershipss are time-limited and non-transferable. No refunds are granted for unused membershipss. In the event of illness, a memberships may be paused for a minimum of one week upon presentation of a medical certificate.

5.3. Vouchers hold a monetary value and expire five years after the purchase date.

6. Birthday Parties

6.1. Birthday parties can be booked online or in person.

6.2. Bookings are binding. Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled party, with refunds issued as vouchers only.

6.3. Changes to participant numbers, date, or time slot must be requested via E-Mail at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are only valid upon E-Mail confirmation from Jump Factory Wohlen.

7. Opening Hours

Opening hours are listed on our website. School groups and groups of 20 or more people may book Jump Factory Wohlen outside regular hours upon request.

8. Data Processing Consent

The customer agrees to the processing of the following personal data:

• Identification data
• Address data

For the purposes of:

• Documentation
• Contract processing
• Customer support
• Marketing
• E-Mail notifications

Jump Factory Wohlen processes this data. Consent can be revoked at any time via E-Mail at wohlen@jumpfactory.ch. The revocation does not affect the legality of data processing conducted before withdrawal.

Customers also have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data by E-Mailing wohlen@jumpfactory.ch.

9. Video Surveillance

For security reasons, Jump Factory Wohlen is monitored by video cameras, except in private areas such as changing rooms, showers, and toilets. Video recordings are used solely for investigating accidents and property damage and are deleted after 7 days.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC and all agreements between the customer and Jump Factory Wohlen are subject to Swiss law, excluding the Swiss Federal Act on Private International Law (IPRG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes related to the use of Jump Factory Wohlen is Münchenstein, BL.
